We treat your PII with the utmost care, in compliance with Canadian privacy laws, primarily the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Use of PII: We use PII solely to provide the contracted services, manage your account, and communicate with you.
Security: We maintain reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the PII.
No Sale of PII: We do not sell or rent your PII to third parties.
Use of De-Identified Data (Inspection Data)
By using our software, you agree that we may permanently de-identify or anonymize the Inspection Data by removing all PII. Once de-identified, the remaining data is no longer linked to you or any individual person.
You agree that the Vendor may use, share, sell, or commercialize this de-identified Inspection Data for any business purpose, now or in the future, without any further consent or compensation to you.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Training and improving our AI models and algorithms.
Developing new products, services, and features.
Providing aggregated market analysis to third parties (e.g., insurance companies, real estate databases).
Data Storage
Your data will be stored on servers located in Canada and the United States.

2. Our Use of De-Identified Data
By using our service, you provide explicit consent for us to perform the following:
De-identification: We will permanently remove all PII from the Inspection Data.
Unrestricted Use (Non-PII): We may use, license, sell, or commercialize this de-identified Inspection Data for any of our business purposes, including but not limited to:
AI model training and improvement.
Benchmarking and product development.
Aggregated data sales for market research (e.g., regional roof condition trends).
3. Data Storage, Security, and Third Parties

Correction: Request amendments or corrections to your PII if you believe it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for any non-essential uses of your PII (such as marketing) at any time.
Note: Your rights to access and withdraw consent for the Inspection Data are limited once it has been permanently de-identified, as it is no longer considered Personal Information.
